Isabella Reggio
Director and co-founder of nest consulting
Isabella is an expert and is passionate about designing and delivering change and transformation programmes, improving processes, and coaching and developing client teams in the process. She believes in collaboration as a key enabler to achieve business results.
At nest consulting, she works with clients to design and deliver large scale transformation initiatives. She is skilled at leading programmes, as well as acting as coach to senior clients who can benefit from her deep experience. Finally, Isabella leads our Lean Agile training programs.
Isabella started her international career at Arthur Andersen, then spent 15 years at GE Capital, where she built cross functional know-how through assignments in Operations, Asset Management, Finance, Lean & Six Sigma. Over this time she developed strong change and programme management skills, leading several business initiatives.
As an independent consultant, Isabella has worked with corporate blue chip clients, leading and delivering transformation programmes. Examples include Operational Excellence, sales force effectiveness, Regulatory reporting processes implementation, systems implementation, the automation, redesign and outsourcing of operational processes, organisational re-design.
She is motivated by learning, self-development, and coaching others, always exploring new practices, methods and tools. She practices Lean Agile ways of working with clients, in transformation or business as usual, with executive and operational teams.
Isabella is a Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant and a SAFe® 6 Release Train Engineer. She holds a BA from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
