Helga is an expert in delivering complex business transformation and functional change projects, leading change management activities to support adoption of new ways of working, enabling clients to realise value.
Helga has a background in business economics. She has spent the past 12 year working internationally, across a variety of industries. She brings a strong set of transferable skills in change, stakeholder, communications, training and project management.
As an independent consultant Helga has delivered results on key strategic programmes at several blue chip companies in Telecom, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Pharma and Legal industries. Key areas of work include: end to end business change management on global ERP systems implementations, IT project portfolio implementation, shared service centre, delivering cultural and behavioural change, business and process design, building organisational change capability.
Helga is passionate about organisational change and project management, and how to lead successful implementations in a fast constantly changing world. Continuous learning through self development, professional networking and new clients work is important for her.
Helga is a Certified SAFe®5 Agilist, Prosci Change Practitioner (CMC), Agile Project Manager (APMG) and gained BA in business economics at the University of Miskolc, Hungary. She is a member of Change Management Institute , UK.
