Gloria is an experienced Change and Transformation Consultant. She has an extensive track record in implementing Organisational Change, Operating Model and Transformation programmes.
Gloria has over 20 years’ experience in both corporate and consulting, progressing from PMO, to Project Manager, to Programme Lead roles. Through this journey, she has been able to personally experience all aspects, levels and complexities of implementing lasting change into organisations, and she brings these learnings in her client work.
As an independent consultant, Gloria has worked in complex programmes, advising and collaborating with client teams on both planning and delivery of business transformation goals. Her experience spans across several industries, including financial services, fintech, software and technology.
Gloria is always able to connect with her clients and colleagues in a way that is inspiring and motivational. She brings to the table deep understanding of change management, together with compassion, honesty, accountability and excellent communication.
Gloria is a Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant (SPC), PMP certified, PRINCE2 practitioner. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Gloria holds a BA in Law from Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain.
